| Viventures |
| Viventures, a venture capital fund present
in the United States (San Francisco, CA), Europe (Paris)
and Asia (Singapore), provides venture funding as well
as strategic and financial guidance to promising information
technology and telecommunication start-ups. The first
Viventures fund was launched in September 1998 by Vivendi
Universal. At December 31, 2000, the fund had raised US
